If you are not 100% happy with the service you receive then you are invited to let us know why within 7 days, complete our “not a happy-chappy form” and have either a refund of your money, or have us completely redo the service – it’s your choice.

Beauty Salon Launceston: Helping You - to receive the absolute most from your treatment we ask that:
- children under the age of 10 not be brought into the salon
- 24 hours notice is given for cancellation of an appointment (otherwise a late cancellation fee of 50% of the original service booked will be charged)
- that you try and come a few minutes early for your appointment to enjoy a frothy cappuccino and home made treat, relax and “set the mood” to gain maximum benefit
Additionally we will:
- reduce your treatment cost by 50% if we need to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice (due to staff illness,etc.)
- send a SMS reminder to your mobile phone a few days prior to your appointment.
